Exceptions: Organ transplant recipients requiring immediate flight (Northwoods AirLifeLine considers this an emergency); physical crisis requiring flight within the next 24 hours; scheduling or rescheduling of flight within the next 48 hours ... call when necessary.

The above toll-free number is an answering service generously donated by Range Communications of Marquette, Michigan. The operator will ask for your name, nature of the call, and what phone number you can be reached at. The operator will immediately forward your request to the flight coordinator, or the next available pilot. The response to your call is usually within 10 to 15 minutes. Please wait for the call. (In the unlikely event, that the above number is not available, please call Dickinson County Sheriff department - 906 - 774 - 6262)
